An honest look at some of my sketchbooks and the origins of my visual voice. This is where Doodle, Howdy, and my bubble font were born. I started most of these while sitting in my neighborhood brewery and abandoned them when my favorite people showed up. I have the kind of ADHD where a song is always playing in the back of my mind, so journaling them out like this was a way to scratch that invisible itch while also pondering WHY that particular lyric or melody was stuck in my head. It's never for no reason.
